Governor Business Solutions has a staff of certified printer technicians ready to service your printer. We service many types of Color Laser, Monochrome Laser, Wide Format, Bar Code and Impact printers. We provide service five different ways:

1. Preventive Maintenance – Our Prevent 13 is a one-time, 13-step process that our certified technicians perform on-site to any laser printer you choose. All the critical parts of your printer are cleaned and inspected for wear and tear. Some parts are routinely changed. This includes one-half hour labor for any needed repairs. (We ask for a minimum of three printers when ordering Prevent 13’s.)
2. Prevent-13 Plus – The Prevent-13 Plus is a semi-annual preventive maintenance that includes one Prevent-13 and one light preventive maintenance inspection. This includes one-half hour labor for any needed repairs.
3. Annual Full Maintenance – Our annual service contracts include the Prevent-13 and all repair parts, labor and travel, based on a next-business day response. This also includes installation of maintenance kits. (Kits are not included.)
4. Three-Year Extended Warranty – Our three year extended warranty is ordered with new equipment, and upgrades the one-year manufacturer’s warranty to a total of three years. Included with this are Prevent-13 inspections at the end of the first and second years, and the same benefits as number 3 above.
5. Time and Materials – We also offer time and materials service for machines that are not under a service contract.
