- Handling fee of $10 for orders under this amount
Shipping
- All orders received by 4:00 pm EST will be processed and stock items will be shipped via UPS before the close of business that day.
- Most orders ship from Governor Business Solutions distribution center in Dearborn, Michigan.
Payment Terms
- With credit approval, 30 days net from date of invoice.
- All other orders can be placed using Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
Return of Merchandise
- No merchandise can be accepted without prior return authorization and must be done so within 15 days from receipt of product.
- Returns of any non-defective products are subject to 15% restocking charge.
- Products being returned must be in original carton and in resalable condition.
